Poor Ole Bernie - Update March 7th PM

So the Ebbers jury has asked to review again the video where Bernie tells WC's shareholders:

"We have been a sound financial company," Ebbers says in the interview, given to CNBC in February 2002. "We have been very conservative in our accounting."

That doesn't sound good for Bernie, it being, you know, a LIE and all.

In another potentially discouraging development for Ebbers, the jury also asked for a videotape of President Bill Clinton asserting "I did not have sexual relations with that woman."
